FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Darling Brown Eyes is based in the USA. All orders ship from Portland, OR.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We make sure that darlings worldwide can feel cute! Shipping rates are set by the USPS based on location and weight, which are calculated at checkout. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY A CUSTOMS CHARGE IF I AM OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

This depends on where you are located. We must value our items correctly, by law we are required to do so. Nonetheless, you are responsible to pay any duties collected by your local government. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

All sales are final. However, if you need to change the shipping address, we can make adjustments as long as your package has not been shipped yet. If you would like to change your shipping address please contact us via email with your order number, full name, and correct shipping address. 

If you would like to remove an item from your order you must contact us immediately. We will do our best to fix your order and refund you for the removed item(s). This must be done before your package has shipped.

If you would like to make any alterations to your order, such as change a color or swap one item for another, you must contact us via email as soon as possible. This must be done before your package has shipped.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

All orders ship Monday - Friday. We ship exclusively through USPS. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, your order will usually ship out within 1-7 days!

Processing times for special events, such as restocks or launches may take a bit longer! Depending on the order volume, your order can take anywhere from 1-14 days to ship. 

If you have a special event and need your order prioritized, such as for a gift etc. please send us an email immediately after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate you if possible!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Please note, overseas customers typically receive packages within two to three weeks, but customs processing can delay shipment, so nine weeks is noted to be safe.

The above are our normal shipping speeds. Please be aware that COVID-19 is currently affecting shipping times and causing delays, especially with international orders. Please be patient and use your tracking number to keep up with your order in transit.

WHAT DOES "PRE-SHIPMENT" MEAN FOR MY ORDER?

This means we are busy packaging your order! Once your package is dropped off to USPS your tracking number will usually update with 24-48 hours. However, since we typically drop off orders in batches tracking numbers can take several days to update. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not shipped yet, you may still be able to cancel your order within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. Currently we are not accepting any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. All item descriptions, measurements, and details are clear on each product listing, so please make sure to read them over before purchasing! 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED? 

We do our absolute best to make sure that all of our items are thoroughly inspected before they are packaged and shipped out. However, we are only human and sometimes a product can slip past us! You can simply email us with a photo of the damage and we will gladly ship you a replacement or refund depending on the circumstance. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

All packages come standard with tracking, however if your package gets lost along the way, your local post office is responsible for assisting you in finding your package. Once your package is handed over to USPS, their delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. While lost packages are rare, we do recommend package insurance for large orders and international orders especially, so that we can handle your refund or replacement order quickly on our side, and so that you don't have to deal with claims through the USPS.
